Excellent Hotel Experience

strategic location valet parking

I appreciated the hotel's strategic location. It is near the museum. Artwork throughout the hotel is fantastic. The valet parking service worked very well. I also enjoyed the gym. It had enough equipment for a good workout.

The hotel interiors felt very dark in both the corridors and the room. Better lighting would improve the ambiance.

The staff were helpful, particularly the duty manager who was efficient! I found their assistance. They were quick to address my queries and offered solid recommendations .

just ok, i guess

soggy club sandwich fluctuating shower temperature

location was fine, near that museum thing.

the room service didn't exactly shine. i ordered a club sandwich and it arrived two hours later and was so soggy, i think they'd used seawater to moisten it. also, my shower's temperature fluctuated like a politician's promises, icy cold then scalding hot, with no happy medium.
